加油！ Delete your Jiayou account

This page explains how to delete your Jiayou account and the data associated with it.

Delete from the app (immediate)

  1. Open the Jiayou app (or app.jiayou.fr) and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Danger zone → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and permanently.

Or request deletion by email

If you can't sign in, email noreply@jiayou.fr from the address linked to your account, with the subject Delete my account. We process these requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes: your profile (name, email, country), your word collection and learning progress, your quiz and duel history, your coin balance and transactions, and any packs you created. This data is not recoverable after deletion.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records required by law (e.g. payment/invoice records held by our payment processor) for the legally mandated period. These are not used to identify you within the app.
